Yawn, is it that time already
Bah, time to get up and into the daily routine, along with a few other odds and sods to do. Main one being a hospital appointment this afternoon.
So im off to walk the dogs, get 5 mins of rest, then walk to the hospital to have my hand looked at again, to see if they can decide once and for all what is wrong with it now. Ulnar nerve, scar tissue, of just me being plan useless, time will tell.

Making a comeback in life
OK so after a years of up’s and downs, more downs than up’s I should add, its time.
Time to spring back, time to get back on track. Back in the game, and all the other catchy phrases you can think of.
Hopefully I will finally get back to work next week, after 3 months away. I start back in the gym on Saturday, and hopefully I finally get to find out what is wrong with my hand…...
